This is the perfect smoothie if you want something refreshing on a warm day (which isn’t often in NI unfortunately), or if you want something tasty after a work-out. *Warning* your end result looks a lot like pesto but that’s normal. I promise it tastes yummy. It’s super quick and easy to make, give it a go!
A handful of spinach
A handful of kale
2 kiwis, sliced and frozen
1 mango, chopped into chunks and frozen
300ml coconut water
Throw all of the ingredients into your blender/ smoothie maker. Blend for around 15 seconds. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
