Think quick, easy, tasty and cheap meals…Hello Fresh ticks all the boxes. I tried and tested Hello Fresh’s Gluten Free Food Box!
A little bit about Hello Fresh
Their aim is to supply their customers with fresh food to create delicious meals with, without the difficulty of running to the supermarket and forgetting certain items.
Each food box comes equipped with every single ingredient you will need to create the recipe they have sent, as well as a recipe card! The recipe card is a handy feature because you can keep it and make the meal again in the future if you enjoy it.
What was in my Gluten Free Box?
I chose three meals suitable for two people. To be honest, each meal fed three of us! If you’re lazy like me and order your Hello Fresh for two people, you’ll have left overs for that midnight snack or for your lunchbox the next day.
The Recipes Included in My Box
Chicken Shawarma with Chickpeas and Dukkah Courgettes –
full of flavour, nutrients and only took 30 minutes.
Caribbean Spiced Beef with Coconut Rice and Sweetcorn –
included 4 of your 5 a day, a delightfully filling dish.
Spicy Sausage with Broccoli Mash and Cheat’s Onion Gravy –
a traditional dish brought to life with new flavours and mash with a twist.
I was kindly gifted the box as a trial, therefore I didn’t have to pay but the Gluten Free recipe box option is not available as a whole online. However, when I researched, a Classic Box would cost approximately £34.99 for three meals that feed two people. I know that when I’m not living at home I spend around that for four or five meals for the week, including a few lunches. On the other hand, the meals I would make from my usual grocery shop are nowhere near as healthy and tasty as the meals I made from my Hello Fresh box.
If you’re a budgeter and see this working for you, there are A LOT of Promo Codes available for Hello Fresh.
Would you find life easier using Hello Fresh?
I know I would when I move out again.
