Product Review: Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Flawless Filter

Would you believe me if I told you Hollywood Flawless Filter was my first Charlotte Tilbury purchase? After seeing my favourite make-up artists using it I thought I would treat myself. With a red complexion and a few scars from when I suffered from acne, I really do not like my skin without foundation or tan. I had heard the Flawless Filter was light coverage and could be worn alone or under foundation. I tried both to give you a fair rating.

Worn alone

Super glowy, dewy and golden. I wouldn’t wear it alone unless my skin was completely clear and I was wearing tan. This is my own view because of the complexion of my skin, nonetheless, if you’re a fan of this type of coverage…add this to your shopping bag!

Worn under foundation as a primer

I used my Fenty Beauty foundation on top and I cannot get enough of these two products mixed together! Obviously Charlotte Tilbury HFF is super dewy and full of glow, but Fenty Beauty foundation is very matte. When both products are mixed, it gives my skin a healthy glow with the perfect amount of coverage! You NEED to try this combo.

I’m giving this 5/5 ‘Katie Kisses’. This may have been my first Charlotte Tilbury purchase and it certainly won’t be my last.
