If you’re from Belfast or even anywhere in NI, you’ll have felt the impact of losing Primark to a fire a few weeks ago. The whole city has been affected with footfall dropping by an estimated 50%. All I can describe the past month is as madness.
Primark would have been my main reason to run into town on my lunch break because I’d spotted an item from there on Instagram. I visited Penney’s in Dublin when I was staying there at the weekend. Let me tell you, I well and truly took advantage of the O’Connell Street store. I’m just hoping Primark re-open in Belfast to share such goodies with everyone in the city again as well as business returning to normal for all traders.
What Did I Buy?
Floral Dress, €18
The Nightie I Wore As A Dress, €10
Alexander Wang Dupes, €16
Black Sock Boots, €23
Wine Coloured Mules, €11
Rixo Style Blouse, €13
Earrings, both €4
If you’re near Belfast or planning a visit, I encourage to take advantage of the shopping, restaurants and bars. They’re what create such a buzz and the Primark fire has truly impacted the atmosphere. So go shop, eat, drink and be merry!
Hope you enjoyed!
